Source Talent Pty Ltd is an Australian Privacy Principles entity and we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Our full privacy policy is being finalised for publication and will appear here. In the meantime, the short version of how we operate:

• We collect the contact and business details you give us through this website or on a call, so that we can respond to your enquiry and provide our services.
• We collect personal information from candidates we source and place, for the purpose of assessing, placing and managing them.
• We disclose personal information to our overseas employment partners in the Philippines and South Africa, and to the software providers we use to run the business, where that is necessary to deliver the service.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquiries to a marketing list without consent.
• You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint about how we have handled it.
